Simple Fresh Vegan Green Beans  

  • 2 lbs. of fresh vegan green beans

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt and pepper

  • 1 glove of minced fresh garlic



  • Blanch green beans, strain, drizzle green beans with olive oil, top with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • Serve and enjoy. These green beans are simple to make and delicious to eat.
