Simple Fresh Vegan Green Beans

2 lbs. of fresh vegan green beans

½ cup olive oil

1 ½ teaspoon salt and pepper

1 glove of minced fresh garlic
Directions

Blanch green beans, strain, drizzle green beans with olive oil, top with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Serve and enjoy. These green beans are simple to make and delicious to eat.
