HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A minimum notice of 72 hours enables us to ensure top quality food presentations and timely service. When ordering for groups of 20 or more, or when hot food is required, it is best to provide additional notice.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY POLICY?
There is a $35.00 delivery charge for deliveries made within the Bay Area. Orders that require delivery after 4:00PM will be charged a $35.00 delivery fee. Please note that weather, traffic, security processing, and parking can sometimes delay a delivery. When placing your order, please provide a two-hour range of time when delivery can be accepted.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Blackberry Soul requires 72 hours notice to cancel an order without charge. Should you wish to add to your order, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. If an order is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the total order.
What kind of serving equipment is available?
All orders are served with disposable trays and utensils, unless otherwise requested. When pick-up is required of non-disposable equipment, an additional fee will be charged to the order.
What services are included in my order?
Blackberry Soul is a full-service caterer, and specializes in upscale gourmet catering. Our professional event planners can provide complete event planning advice and arrange for rentals, linens, wait staff, chefs and bartenders upon request. Please call (707) 315-6558 for additional information.
What about dietary restrictions?
Please inform us of any special dietary needs at the time of ordering, such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free.
What is the payment policy?
Blackberry Soul requires a 50% deposit to be made once the catering contract has been signed, or invoice has been agreed upon. Full payment must be made 11 days prior to the event, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by Blackberry Soul Management. Payments can be made by credit card or check. Blackberry Soul issues receipts for all transactions.
