Q: How long is the rental period?

A: The standard rental period is 24 hours. We are more than happy to rent items for multiple days or weekly rentals. Please get in touch for more information. If you require a piece for less than 24 hours then that's perfectly fine too, but we will still charge for a 24 hour period.

Q: Can I pickup and return the pieces myself?
A: We allow clients to personally pick-up and return some smaller items, but not the larger decor pieces. We much prefer our delivery team to do the heavy lifting! We value our finds and particular sets. If your order contains only small decor pieces we can provide you with a quote which cost of your picking up these items.

Q: I can't find something that I really must have. Can you find it for me?
​
A: Don't hesitate, get in touch, as we love a good treasure hunt! If you cannot find something in our collection, then we will try and source it for you. Also, we are constantly adding to the collections, so we might already be working on what you are looking for! If we can't find the exact item you are looking for, we may be able to find the next best thing! Give us a try.
Q: What if I break or lose a piece?

A: No problem, accidents happens! A replacement or repair cost will be charged. We require a credit card on file to cover any lost or damaged items. IF UPON PICK-UP OR RETURN, ANY ITEM IS BROKEN OR MISSING, WE WILL CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE FOR THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT TO COVER ALL REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COSTS.

Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?
​
A: For orders of small details or larger decor pieces, we have a minimum order requirement starting at $200. See the Pricing Guide for more details. For orders of small decor pieces from our Small Details range that are picked-up and returned to our warehouse, we have a minimum order requirement of $200.

Q: I just can’t decide what to rent! Can you help?
​
A: WE PROVIDE FREE CONSULTATIONS. Make your event perfect is equally as important to us as it is to you! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch, and we can help you choose the right pieces for your event. We will happily give advice, and we do not charge a consultation fee.
